TMT stands for Tournament Management Team. The principals of our team are myself, Lynn Stephens, and Mike "Bush Hog" Bourgeois. Behind the scenes is Andreas Winston, who does all our design and graphic work, has our shirts done for us, and does any printing we need. The rest of the team varies from event to event. All major events at The Sports Center in Fayetteville include Lynn Moffitt, who runs our tournament desk, and Darlene Heyer, who is in charge of hospitality. In addition Lynn Moffitt always assists at the Aloha Open. We have other players who assist us at these and other events, but they vary according to event and location.
It takes a team to produce events like these, as no one person could ever do it alone. Most people don't realize the time and effort it takes to put on a quality racquetball event and I'd like to personally thank everyone that helps and has helped in the past for their contributions.
Our goal is to produce the best events in NC, with top notch competition and great hospitality. Check out our schedule for all our events this year. All of our 3 day events are sanctioned by the NCRA and are full ranking events. Our one day events are non sanctioned and do not earn ranking points. The one day events are held to promote the sport and to try and bring players into competition that would not normally play due to time constraints or having to join the USRA to participate. I hope you enjoy playing in our events, and we're always open to suggestions on how to make them better.
